Making your own UML RPMs

UML Builder

Downloads

Prerequisites

You must have Python installed. Any version from 1.5.2 onwards will work. This will allow you to use the command line version. (Python is shipped with every Linux distribution and is usually installed by default).

To use the graphical version, a module called tkinter which interacts with Tk is used. Try and run the graphical version and if it falls over, this is what is missing.

You must also have user mode linux installed

Note: Please see the known problems for issues you may encounter, and if appropriate, workarounds.

You can get the UML Builder rpm on the project download page. Some versions may have had multiple releases. You should pick the one with the largest suffix. For example, 1.30-6 is more recent than 1.30-5.
